HR Analyst (C&B)

• Collection of data for the formation of consolidated HR reporting;
• Development of HR reporting forms;

• Collaboration with the IT block on the developing of HR reporting — writing technical specifications for the revision of 1C and BI;

• HR analytics;

• Providing Headcount reporting upon request of officials.

Requirements:

• Higher education;

• Development of HR reporting forms;

• Experience in building Dashboards;

• Deep knowledge of Power BI;

• Confident user of 1C;

• Understanding the budget structure;

• English (spoken, written) – mandatory.
