Lead analyst HCM

The project is to launch an HCM product similar to SAP Success Factors.

Analyst participates in three streams of activities: a) product localization+adaptation, b) pre-sales of the product and c) product support. Work in team of product manager and technical lead.

Responsibilities

:

• Participate in customer IT landscape and processes assessment in order to gather, define and document requirements for product adaptation
• Participate in support of the localized product to refine product adaptation requirements
• Help Product manager in market analysis
• Provide input to Marketing for production of sales and marketing resources
• Manage effort for translation and updates of user interface and product materials
• Participate in POC and pilot projects in analyst role
• Participate in demonstrations of the product
• Contribute to product development. Act as a business analyst in implementation projects in collaboration with vendor, partners and internal team

Requirements

:

• Experience as an analyst/architect/consultant in HCM implementations projects with SAP, 1C and other systems integration
• Knowledge of human capital management processes and related Russian regulations
• SAP SF and 1C ЗУП knowledge is a plus
• Experience in systems and business processes mapping using industry adopted notations
• Experience in systems integration and business requirements authoring
• B2 English. Spoken English is a plus
